SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 10 – Doctor Mackenzie
Lerario sued Cornell
University and New York
Presbyterian/Queens for
discrimination.
On May 10,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Lerario
has asked to disqualify two of
the defendants' in-house
counsel. A complaint has been
made about circumventing
counsel.
Judge
Koeltl admonished to be less
personal, lawyers attacking
lawyers.
