Dante West Village for failure
to pay overtime and minimum
wage.
On May 10,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Koeltl asked about the
prospects of settlement.
The plaintiffs'
lawyer said he had some
success in the past with the
defendants' counsel here. An
answer has been filed.
