SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 18 – Michael
Albarella was charged with
conspiracy to fraudulently
obtain bank loans. He was "a
manager of a financial
institution located in New
York, New York" in 2020.
On March 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a change
of plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
loan applications were printed
at a FedEx store.
The plea was
accepted. Sentencing was set
for June 28 and the defendant
continued free on bond.

Albarella, 20-cr-378 (Liman)
