New Jersey
corporation.
On December 20,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New
York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Abrams
said, What happening with
settlement? She was told,
There is no settlement. There
is no prospect of settlement.
Criticism was
made of a party filing a text
message into the public record
The case will
continue. It is Parrella
v. The Orange Rabbit, Inc. et
al., 20-cv-9923 (Abrams)
