SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 22 – Accenture has sued
to try to stop what it claims
is its former employee
Stephanie Neal Trautman
violating her non-compete
agreement by going to
competitor Wipro
Limited.
On March 22, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Accenture
is seeking emergency relief.
Meanwhile it is said that at
Wipro, Trautman is not
involved in recruiting any new
clients.
Judge Liman gave
the parties overnight to try
to agree on a limited form of
interim relief.
The case is
Accenture LLP v. Trautman,
21-cv-2409 (Liman)
