SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 2 – Ronald Nixon,
nicknamed Jeter, was charged
with selling
crack.
On
June 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla held a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Failla had taken another
guilty plea in the overall
case earlier in the day.
And for Nixon she
set sentence on the same day
as his co-defendant: September
24, though at a different
time.
The overall case
is US v. Whitmore, 19-cr-846
(Failla)
