SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 23 – A boatload of
mayonnaise turned to yellowish
liquid when unloaded in Manila
in The Philippines.
International Market Brands,
Inc. sued M/V YM Maturity and
others.
On
March 23, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Liman
ordered that cross motions for
summary judgment are to be
filed by April 30.
If they are not
dispositive, there is to be a
two day remote bench trial
beginning June 7.
Any objections to
it being remote would be due
April 2.
