SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 19 – The law firm of
LePatner & Associates has
malpractice insurance from
RSUI Group, when Jamal and
Julia Nusseibeh sued for
negligent representation. A
dispute about insurance
followed.
On
July 19, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Jed S. Rakoff
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
There was a
lot of good-natured banter;
there was talk about when
RSUI's answer would be due,
with reference to the
holidays. August 23 was
arrived at.
