SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 25 – Verragio sued
Walmart for stealing its
copyrighted jewelry
designs.
On April
23, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Veragio will be
filing a motion to dismiss the
defendants' four affirmative
defense, by May 10, with
opposition due three weeks
after that.
The case is
