SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 25 – Alejandro Mayorkas,
the head of DHS, has been sued
again.
In late
March Ahmadou Diop sued
Mayorkas for a response to his
pending application. The
complaint, which Inner City
Press found in the docket of
the U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York, in Paragraph 5 said the
plaintiff is a citizen of
Guinea. In Paragraph 8 it says
he is a citizen of Senegal.
Perhaps it is boilerplate.
It
is filed by Start Altman of 2
Allen Street, Suit 3G, NY NY
10002. The case is Diop v.
Mayorkas, et al., 21-cv-2518
