SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 19 – Troy Gilliard
was sentenced for heroin
distribution in 2011 to 96
months incarceration then four
years of supervised release by
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Richard J.
Sullivan.
On July 19
now Second Circuit Judge
Sullivan held a supervision
hearing with Gilliam - and
congratulated him for how well
he has done.
Judge Sullivan
said such good news is all too
rare.
Probation,
too, wished Gilliard well.
