SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 22 – A decades old
lawsuit against a doctor has
resurfaced in 2022 with
disputes about discovery and
HIPAA.
On
January 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
In the
previous case, Alexander
Dudelson was the attorney. Now
he is in a different role.
On January 21 it
appeared that an agreement on
discovery was in the offing.
But it fell
apart, amid talk the HIPPA is
a red herring, and Judge Ramos
set a briefing schedule.
