Leonardo filed a FLSA lawsuit
against Shades Of Green LLC
for failure to pay overtime -
then reached a settlement.
On
September 13, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John P. Cronan held a
fairness hearing. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Judge Cronan
inquired, then found that the
settlement complied with
Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake
House, with attorneys' fees
representing one third of the
total settlement amount.
