SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 26 – Allen Colon pled
guilty to narcotics charges.
But then there was the issue
of his violation of supervised
release.
On August 26 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Engelmayer held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Things didn't
start well. Present on the
video call was the wrong
Colon. Judge Engelmayer called
it amazing, and left the video
call for a time.
Later with the
right defendant, he
consolidate his case with the
earlier one that had been
before Judge Victor Marrero,
including a three month
sentence but concurrent, so no
extra time.
The case is US v.
Colon, 20-cr-219
(Engelmayer)
