SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 17 – Samuel Hill was
sentenced to 177 months in
prison in 2006 in North
Carolina. Now his supervision,
and troubles, have been
transferred.
On June 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Hill denied the
specifications.
Judge
Failla said to find a date 30
days out, then apologized that
she had many trials in July.
The date chosen,
then, was July 29 at 3 pm.
The case is US v.
Hill, 20-cr-630 (Failla)
