SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 20 – Steven Sanchez was
granted bail on June 7, facing
charges of being a felon in
possession of a firearm and
apparently using it on 156th
Street and Courtland Avenue in
The Bronx.
Then on
June 10 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Edgardo Ramos
held a bail review proceeding,
and reversed - bail
denied.
Now the
case has been assigned to SDNY
District Judge Katherine Polk
Failla, who has set the formal
arraignment for July 1 at 10
am. Inner City Press is
tracking the case in the SDNY
docket.
It is US v.
