SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 3 – Michael Smith Baker
says he was unlawfully
detained and questioned by
police in Manhattan's 1st
Precinct on March 26, 2015. He
sued.
Now a
trial approaches on July 27
before U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Katherine Polk
Failla. Inner City Press is

Motions in
limine concerned preclusion of
evidence of plaintiff's
medical records.
The records have
been sealed, as for now has
the plaintiff's criminal
history.
