Magistrates
Court of the U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York are
sealed or have
case numbers
given only
later, on September
12
Magistrate
Judge James
L. Cott near 7
pm processed a
drug defendant
whose name was
not even
spelled,
though he had
a private
lawyer and
five
supporters in
the gallery
where Inner
City Press was
the only
media.
He was
wearing a
Harley t-shirt
and was
released on
$150,000 bond.
His case is
assigned to
Judge Kimba
Wood with no
date given.
