SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 28 –
A man using six names was
arrested in Florida and
charged with false use of
identity documents, among
other crimes.
On May 28,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
While the
case is understandably styled
as US v. FNU (Last Name
Unknown), among this
defendants used names are
Ezequiel Collazo, also known
as Richard Kot, also known as
Ismael Irizarry, also known as
Lloyd Gunther, also known as
Wilson Alemany, and finally, a
slight modification, also
known as Ezequiel Collazo
Ortiz.
The Assistant US
Attorney explained that in
connection with the arrest of
the defendant, 27 electronic
devices were seized. Twenty of
the devices have stored
information on them; the
discovery was called
extensive.
Judge
Koeltl set the next proceeding
for September 29 at 9 am.
The case is
called US v. LNU,
21-cr-108 (Koeltl)
