SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 2 – JMG Improvements
Inc. sued Arch Specialty
Insurance Company for coverage
of a construction accident
that injured Luis Alberto
Hernandez-Salazar on April 4,
2016. Arch removed the case to
Federal
court.
On March 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Ronnie Abrams held an oral
argument. Inner City Press
covered
it.
Counsel on
both sides argued with each
other, rather than to Court.
Judge Abrams indulged them, at
first, then asked that they
stop.
They didn't.
She gave them
each one final minute, then
told them how to order the
transcript.
The case is JMG
Improvements, Inc. v. Arch
Specialty Insurance Company et
al., 20-cv-2882 (Abrams)
