SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 14 – Jenisa Angeles
filed an American with
Disabilities Act lawsuit as a
visually impaired person
against a website - this one,
with a twist. It's a "discrete
adult shopping" website, with
sex toys.
On April 14, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman
said he would schedule a
post-discovery conference even
though he said he was not
aware of any being held in
these ADA website cases. But
this one might be different.
The case is
Angeles v. Atlantic
Innovations, LLC, 21-cv-413
(Liman)
