SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 9 – Chefs and
sous-chefs at the Glen Island
Harbour Club in New Rochelle
sued for not being paid
overtime.
On November 9
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a discovery
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
At issue
was a set of interrogatories
by plaintiffs, about how owns
or controls the company now
and other topics.
Judge Aaron ruled
that "many of the
interrogatories are outside of
the interrogatories permitted
by Local Civil Rule 33.3; he
ordered depositions within 60
days. He cited a
detailed order of his on
virtual depositions.
This case is

Hosts, Ltd. et al., 19-cv-2482
