SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 19 – There was a Violation
Memorandum from U.S. Pre-Trial
Services about Shakur Pinder
filed on March 12 - before
Coronavirus shut down the U.S.
District Court of the Southern
District of New York
courthouse.
On May 19,
SDNY Judge Vernon S. Broderick
held a proceeding with Pinder.
Inner City Press covered it.
Other than a new case in New
Jersey, Judge Broderick was
told, Pinder is largely
complying with the terms of
his release. In fact, his
lawyer said he is eager to
enter a guilty plea, as early
at this Friday.
The case is US v.
Pinder, 19-cr-12 (Broderick).
