SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 12 – A school bus
crashed with a 2005
Freightliner on the BQE on
October 18, 2019.
On November
12 U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John P. Cronan held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Cronan listened patiently,
then said he will hold off
filing the case management
plan until there is an amended
complaint on or before
December 3 naming more
defendants.
Then any motion
to dismiss will be due by
December 17.
The case is Prime
Property & Casualty
Insurance Inc. v. Elantra
Logistics LLC et al.,
20-cv-5737 (Cronan)
