Oct 26 – Photographer Michael
Grecco sued Verizon Media for
photographs of Drew Barrymore
used with licensing fees on a
site called Who What
Wear.
On October 26
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Paul A. Crotty held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Grecco
says he's due damages "in the
six-figure range."
Defendants
counter that no copyright
registration pertaining to the
disputed image has yet been
produced.
They propose
finishing with depositions by
March 25, 2021.
The case is

Inc. v. Verizon Media, Inc. et
al., 20-cv-5458 (Crotty)
