Oct 31 – PNC Bank has sued to
take by foreclosure a property
in Manhattan at 111 East 19th
Street, NY NY
10003.
On October
31, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Valerie Figueredo held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
PNC cited
various forbearance agreements
but said they have expired.
Judge Figueredo
extended the defendants' time
to respond to the complaint to
November 28, and set a
conference for January 3,
2023, kicking off the new
year.
