provides
electrical
repairs to NYC
Public Schools
and Parks, for
not paying
overtime.
On
November 7,
2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
John P. Cronan
held a
proceeding.
Inner City

it.
There
have been
settlement
talks, so far
fruitless,
including a
Mediation
Conference on
October
17.
Judge Cronan
said
depositions
are due by
April 21,
2023.
