SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 2 – David Caraballo
sued the City of New York
after he was violently
attacked by police while being
arrested.
On February 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The City's
lawyer said that a two-factor
search for David Caraballo,
and the name of his former
lawyer, found a related state
case.
Judge Ramos said,
then you obviously have things
to look into. He gave 60 days,
to April 6, at 3:30 pm.
The case is
Caraballo v. City of New York
et al., 18-cv-10335
(Ramos)
