SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 19 – A man was
injured falling off a ladder
and now two insurance
companies are
litigating.
On
September 17 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Engelmayer held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Engelmayer
said the case is not like
Three Mile Island, it's a fall
off a ladder. How much
discovery could there be?
He asked for a
letter in two business days
and said he would not issue an
order regarding the
conference, unless the parties
don't comply with what he
ordered.
The case is The
Travelers Indemnity Company of
America v. Trisura Specialty
Insurance Company, 21-cv-4327
(Engelmayer)
