SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 10 – David Field sued
Ryan Michaels and others for
allegedly defrauding him into
investing $1,420,800 in rare
coins.
On June 10, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Ryan
Michaels had responded in
writing that he would be
representing himself and the
other defendants.
But he can only
represent himself. He spoke at
the proceeding on June 10,
expressing a willingness to
settle.
Judge Koeltl said
he would refer the matter to
the assigned Magistrate Judge,
Sarah L. Cave.
The case is Field
v. Exponential Wealth Inc. et
al., 21-cv-1990 (Koeltl)
