Camarena-Familia is charged
with a narcotics conspiracy,
cocaine and heroin, in The
Bronx.
On August 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
charge of plea proceeding.

defendant said he is 40 years
old, from the Dominican
Republic.
His Pimentel
letter specifies a guideline
sentence of 97 to 121 months.
The sentencing is set for
December 1.
