SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 14 – Dilenia
Paguada sued Real Eats America
for having a visually
inaccessible website.
Paguada,
the complaint says, is blind
and lives in Astoria, Queens.
Real Eats is a food delivery
company with an out of
compliance
website.
On June 14, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The ADA
complaint was only filed in
April, but on June 14 it was
said it is settling.
Good, John Koeltl
said, I will file a thirty-day
order.
The case is
Paguada v. Real Eats America
Inc., 21-cv-3026 (Koeltl)
