SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 29 – Del Frisco's Grille
of New York has been sued for
not being accessible under the
Americans with Disabilities
Act.
On June
29, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
defendants were asking to file
a motion to dismiss and
remand, for lack of diversity
jurisdiction and failure to
even allege the $75,000
requirement.
Judge Woods
granted approval for the
motion to be filed.
The case is
Nachshen v. WFP Retail Co.
L.P. et al., 18-cv-10998
(Woods)
