SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 24 – An exhibit in the
Museum of Natural History on
Manhattan's Upper West Side
injured a worker, who
sued.
On October 22 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Engelmayer held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The exhibit
accident took place on January
23, 2019. Now it is moving
toward trial, and Judge
Engelmayer was ruling on
motions in limine, one of
which was to preclude David
Peraza, P.E. from testifying.
The case is
Gillespie v. Heartland Scenic
Studio, Inc., 19-cv-8807
(Engelmayer)
