SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 15 –
Kevin Baldwin d/b/a M.O.P3
sued Blackground-Interscope
Records and Audrey Ducasse
p/k/a MELII for breach of
contract.
On June 15, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl was told that there is
a settlement in principle with
Interscope.
He said that's
great, and then asked more.
There is still
the issue of serving Melii.
Judge Koeltl said he would
endorse Service of Process by
Alternative Means.
The case is
Baldwin et al v.
Blackground-Interscope
Records, LLC, 19-cv-8923
