May 12 – Kai Sotorp and
Marilyn Foglia sued Travelers
Insurance for refusing to pay
for the fire damage to their
newly renovated apartment in
137 Riverside Drive,
NYC.
On May 12, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner City

Counsel
bragged about having
previously been an SDNY
mediator.
A post discovery
conference was set for October
29.
