SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 – Gloria Lewis sued
Addiction Care Interventions
pursuant to the
anti-retaliation provision of
the False Claims Act, after
she reported "various improper
and even illegal practices" at
ACI's facility on 38th Street
in
Manhattan.
On
November 4 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul A.
Engelmayer held a proceeding.

Engelmayer said expert
discovery is due April 15,
2022. The parties said their
trial would take five days.
