SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 24 – Joel Rosquette
pled guilty to murder for
hire, specifically, having
plotted to have three people
murdered.
On August 24 U.S. District

Rosquette spoke
about a 92 year-old relative
and read from letter from
Corrections Officers,

The maximum
sentence was 120 months; his
Federal Defender asked for 48
months.
After taking a
break to reflect, Judge Failla
imposed a sentence of 100
months, to be followed by
three years of supervised
release.
The case is US v.
