SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 3 – Busy Bee
Environmental Services, which
had union "employees
performing cleaning services
at various sites in and around
Washington D.C.," has been
used by New York-based
unions.
On March 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The unions say
Busy Bee has "failed and
refused to cooperate with [the
unions'] Audit firm, as they
attempted to conduct a payroll
compliance audit on the books
and records" of Busy Bee.
Judge Ramos
inquired then set the next
conference for April 7.
