SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 24 – Igor Pshenitchnyi was
driving on 57th Street and
Second Avenue on June 13, 2019
when he was hit by a Ryder
truck.
He sued.
On May 24,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties proposed that all
fact discovery be completed by
September 17.
Judge Liman
asked if they'd be hiring
experts.
If one side does,
the other will.
The case is
Pshenitchnyi v. Azanon et al.,
