SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 27 – Jeffrey
Thompson is charged with being
a felon in possession of a
firearm, to wit, a .22 caliber
Phoenix Arms pistol.
On May 27, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Liman
inquired into the case, any
police methods.
A Nissan Altima
sedan was pulled over in the
Bronx on November 25, 2020.
After smelling
marijuana, the AUSA said, the
officers searched the car and
found the gun.
The case is US v.
Thompson, 21-cr-339 (Liman)
