SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 2 – Antsy Labs and ZURU
Inc. sued companies and
individuals for allegedly
infringing their copyright on
the FIDGET CUBE.
Antsy is based in
Colorado; ZURU is incorporated
in the BVI and has an office
in
Kowloon.
On August 2, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The case
was being dropped. But Judge
Woods took the time to point
out the insufficiency of some
of the pleadings, and the
advice appears to have been
taken in the spirit in which
it was offered.
The case is Antsy
Labs, LLC et al v. The
Individuals, Corporations,
Limited Liability Companies,
Partnerships, and
Unincorporated Associations
Identified on Schedule A,
21-cv-6443 (Woods)
