sex offender and did not
register. He has been in Essex

January.
On December

proceeding. Inner City Press

he should be sentenced right
away, and freed to a halfway
house. She said her client was
willing to consent to a
computer search condition, as
part of his treatment.
Washington
confessed to rubbing up
against a woman on and subway
for sexual gratification - but
said he was pursued a culinary
job, and is a registered
voted.
Judge
Daniels as is his way got
involved, and asked Probation
to see if they can identify a
bed in a halfway house in the
next two weeks then to come
back.
On December 17
Judge Daniels held another
proceeding in the case, and
Inner City Press again covered
it. He sentenced
Washington to Time Served,
with the condition he reside
for six months at the
Residential Reentry Center at
104 Gold Street, Brooklyn and
submitted to polygraph
examinations, an issue earlier
in the case.
The case is US v.
