SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 1 – Felipe Gonzalez was
charged with heroin and
fentanyl in March 2020 and has
been incarcerated since. On
June 1 he appeared before U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge P. Kevin Castel. Inner
City Press covered
it.
Assistant US
Attorney Thomas John Wright
described evidence from a
confidential source. Gonzalez
through his assigned attorney
Eric Franz pleaded not guilty.
The next
conference is on July 30. He
is detained, while later in
the day in the EDNY two
lawyers charged with throwing
and offering Molotov cocktails
were freed on bond, here.
This case is US
