Brandon Gardner With High Speed Chase Alleged Gets June 19 SDNY Date Amid Covid 19

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Decrypt - LightRead - Honduras - Source

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 17 – Brandon Gardner was arrested in 2017 for selling crack.

On April 17, 2020 he was brought up on charges of violating his Supervised Release in a high speed chase away from the police, in front of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Inner City Press covered it.

The US alleged that on March 14, 2020, Gardner "left the scene of a personal injury accident [and] led NYPD officers on a high speed chase and read-ended an occupied vehicle causing injury to the driver."

While ultimately he was not remanded but made subject to a new Federal court date of June 19, if not for Coronavirus he might have been remanded. The case is US v. Gardner, 18-cr-317 (Cote).
