July 7 – Graciela Doncouse, a
paraplegic, sued 109 Spring
Street Associates under the
ADA.
On July 7, 2022
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge James L. Cott
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Cott
provided for mediation between
September 15 and October 31.
If
unsuccessful, motions are due
by December 19 with another
conference set for December 6.
The case is
