SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 9 – Christopher Sadowski
is a photographer who has sued
Admerasia Inc. which runs the
KoreanHLN.com website for
using his photograph of the
Carnegie
Deli.
On
February 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
There have been
discovery disputes. Back in
October, Judge Fox denied a
motion for a conference on the
disputes, finding that the
plaintiff had not conferred
with defendant. Now the latter
says no deposition are needed
and April 13 was pointed to.
The case is
Sadowski v. Admerasia Inc. et
al., 18-cv-10113 (Marrero /
Fox)
