Education Group In UN Plaza Is Sued For Discrimination Cites Confidentiality Agreement

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - The Source

SDNY COURTHOUSE, June 25 –  The Institute of International Education, located at 809 United Nations Plaza, has been sued for racial discrimination.

The Federal lawsuit, which Inner City Press is covering, accuses IIE officials Daniel Kramer, Jody Dudderar, Megan Spillman and Cara Doble of racism.

On June 23 U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Magistrate Judge Robert W. Lehrburger held a proceeding. Inner City Press covered it.

Judge Lehrburger asked, if he invalidates the settlement agreement, which includes a Confidentiality Agreement, what next?

The case is Murphy v. Institute of International Education, 19-cv-1528 (Carter / Lehrburger).
