Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Barbara C.
Moses held a conference. Inner

There was
a discussion of lost earnings,
and of when Hemmings left.
Judge Moses
modified the discovery
schedule, saying fact
discovery must end by August
15, with a joint letter due on
August 8.
