SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 20 – Adrian Delarosa was
sentenced to 18 months
incarceration, to be followed
by five years of supervised
release, on October 27, 2017.
On October 20,
three years later, he was back
in custody and applying for
bail.
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Loretta A. Preska, who
sentenced Delarosa in 2017,
held the bail proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Back in
2017, Judge Preska took note
of "Mr. Delarosa's comments of
today, which seemed to
indicate that he's gotten it."
On October
20, Judge Preska denied bail,
and set a next conference for
November 20.
The case is US v.
Delarosa et al., 16-cr-603
(Preska)
